Reports

EZ Construction Estimator is installed with many useful reports. Each report is completly customizable. A list of installed reports is as follows:

By using the EZ Report Tool, users can create any report to supplement this extensive list or report. There is no limit to the number of reports that can be created. Or if you prefer, have Weller Systems create the report, instead. This will save time and effort. We can create most reports for about $70. Send us a sample of what you want the report to look like and we can typically turn it around in less than a day.


Component List

This report shows Components defined in EZ. This report is useful for showing Component costs. The user can select specific Categories for the report to detail.


Supplier Price Request

The Supplier Price Request is used to give to suppliers to get pricing information. This report is useful for showing Component costs. The user can select specific Categories for the report.


Assembly List

This report will show Assemblies, its costs and the Components/Assemblies that are used in its make-up.


Scope of Work

This is one of the most valuable reports from EZ. It was designed for presenting to insurance claim adjusters since they typically need to see prices of each service in the Estimate. Prices on the Scope document include the "hidden" costs.


Scope of Work - No Prices

Customers are typically given this report. It defines the project scope, but does not give the prices preventing the customer from using it to shop other contractors.


Contract

Customers are given this document. It is a legal document that is signed by the contractor and the customer. Weller Systems developed this contract in concert with several contractors. The content can be changed through the EZ Report Tool, if needed.


Short Contract

This is an abbreviated version of the full length Contract and is a legal document meant to be signed by the contractor and the customer. This shortened contract contains Scope of Work items defined in the Estimate with the costs of each item. These costs include the "hidden" costs established for the Estimate.


Short Contract - No Prices

This is the same as the Short Contract except that there are no costs on each Estimate item.


Management Scope of Work

This report is meant for the Contractor only. It will show all of the Estimate items, visible items and "hidden" costs. Management can use this report to make sure all of the costs associated with a project are accounted for.


Estimate List by Status

The Estimate List will show all of the Estimates that have been created. The user is allowed to select Estimator or Salesman and specific Estimate Statuses. This report will be useful for determining productivity for Estimators and Salesman.


Estimate Material List

Suppliers are given this report to order items for a specific Estimate once it has been accepted. This will list all of the Components in an Estimate. All Assemblies are broken down to the constituent Components. This report can be used as a Purchase Order.
